Refund & Exchange Policy 

PSL does not accept any refunds or returns under any circumstances.

 

In-Stock Products

1. All in-stock products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once they are shipped.

Pre-Order Products

1. All pre-orders are placed according to customer requests, including but not limited to style and color. As such, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

2. Once payment is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by us.

3. We do not determine color for customers. We provide references based on our supplier and product photos, but the final decision rests with the customer.

4. All products will be delivered as per factory specifications. The images provided on our website are for reference only. If the manufacturer modifies the product design due to safety reasons or other justifications, we will not accept refund or exchange requests due to such modifications.

5. If part of the order is unavailable due to a supplier stock shortage, the deposit for the unavailable item will be refunded. However, customers must still pay the remaining balance for the available items. If customers require all items in an order to be successfully pre-ordered, they must notify us before the transaction and receive written confirmation.

6. Once a pre-order is placed, delays due to factory production will not be considered grounds for partial refunds unless the cancellation is initiated by the website.
