All international orders require additional shipping fees, which vary based on the destination and weight of the items.
We ship via Hong Kong Express (EMS), UPS, FedEx, DHL, and SF Express. The choice of courier depends on the delivery destination and will be determined by PSL based on the most cost-effective option.

International shipments will be arranged within 3 calendar days after payment confirmation.
Under normal conditions, delivery is expected to take approximately 7-14 business days, depending on the shipping provider. The estimated timeframe does not include dispatch date or customs clearance time.
According to Hong Kong regulations, no export duties are charged. However, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We will make every effort to minimize additional charges, but we do not cover such costs. International customers assume all risks, including damage or loss during shipping and customs processes. We advise buyers to check with their local customs office regarding potential additional costs before making a purchase.
If a product is not eligible for international shipping, we reserve the right to cancel the entire order without prior notice.
A tracking number will be uploaded to your order history page on our website once your package is shipped. Please ensure your email is valid to receive tracking updates.
A recipient must be present at the delivery address to receive the package. If the recipient fails to collect the package within the allowed period, it may be returned to us. In such cases, customers must pay the shipping fee again for re-delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address, the same shipping fee will be charged for resending the package.
We do not provide shipping insurance for any local or international orders. Customers bear all shipping risks. If additional insurance is required, please contact us directly to arrange coverage.
